Historic Building Assessment

A basic assessment of the building is carried out to determine its origin and development over time. The results are in summary form and can be useful to determine areas that will be particularly significant and those that are less so prior to embarking on a programme of alterations to the property.

Reports such as this can be focused upon specific areas that are proposed for alteration such as walls to be removed or staircases altered. Such an assessment can also be useful prior to purchasing a historic building.
